Stefan practices in the areas of secured lending, real estate and business transactions, with an emphasis on the representation of banks and lending institutions in all aspects of commercial lending transactions of various types. Mr. Zane has experience counseling clients in matters related to new loan transactions and the restructuring and modification of existing credit facilities.  Additionally, he regularly represents businesses in general corporate and franchise matters.

Mr. Zane earned his B.S. in Management Science and B.A. in Economics from Southern Methodist University, where he graduated magna cum laude. Mr. Zane received his J.D. from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law and was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2004. Mr. Zane was named a "Rising Star" by Texas Monthly magazine in 2009.
