Stacy Welch concentrates her practice in the area of general business transactions, including the planning and organization of business entities and the drafting of all types of commercial contracts. She also has experience in litigation, having appeared in both state and federal courts representing parties in a variety of disputes. Ms. Welch graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English rhetoric. She received her law degree from Texas Tech University in 2001, where she graduated cum laude. Ms. Welch was also named a "Rising Star" by Law & Politics and Texas Monthly magazines in 2006 and 2007.
