Ron Foxman is Board Certified in the areas of Estate Planning and Probate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.  As such, he assists clients in all areas of estate planning including wills, trusts, and asset preservation.

His practice also focuses on general corporate and transactional matters for both businesses and professional practices.  He assists clients in a variety of legal matters including the organization, acquisition, and sale of their businesses and professional practices.
