Richard McKinney practices in the areas of business litigation and creditors’ rights on behalf of the firm’s lender, loan servicing, and pool construction clients. Mr. McKinney has extensive experience representing clients with respect to general contract disputes, deceptive trade practice clients, fair debt collection practice claims, construction disputes, and other business claims. Mr. McKinney resolves most of his clients’ disputes through summary judgment and/or mediations, however, Mr. McKinney has first chair experience with numerous jury and bench trials. He appears extensively in state court and federal bankruptcy court representing creditors.
