Daniel Paz practices in the areas of business litigation, consumer/commercial bankruptcy, and landlord/tenant law. Since joining the firm in 2002, Mr. Paz has appeared regularly before state, federal, and bankruptcy courts on behalf of financing companies, banks, and landlords. He is a graduate of Southern Methodist University School of Law and was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2000. Mr. Paz graduated from Southern Methodist University with a B.A. in both political science and communications-news editorial. He is a native of San Antonio and member of the Dallas Hispanic Bar Association.
