Tracye M. McGaughy practices primarily in the areas of commercial real estate, commercial lending, and corporate law. In addition to experience in transactional matters, Ms. McGaughy has experience in business and commercial litigation. Ms. McGaughy received a B.A. degree from Baylor University and a M.A. degree from California State University, Chico. She received her J.D. degree from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law in 1999. In law school, Ms. McGaughy was member of the Board of Editors of the Texas Wesleyan Law Review, Phi Delta Phi, and the Eldon B. Mahon Inn of Court. After law school, she served as Briefing Attorney for the Honorable Tom James at the Fifth District Court of Appeals in Dallas. Ms. McGaughy was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1999.
