Sharon concentrates her practice in the areas of asset-based and other collateralized financing, loan restructuring, workouts and collections, syndicated and other multiple creditor financing, factoring, commercial real estate financing, general corporate and business transactions, commercial and residential real estate foreclosures and collections, and commercial bankruptcy. Ms. Jett received a B.B.A. in Finance from Texas Christian University in 1993, a M.S. in Accounting/Taxation from Oklahoma State University in 1995, a J.D. from the University of Oklahoma, College of Law in 1998, and her certificate to practice as a Certified Public Accountant in 1998. Ms. Jett is licensed to practice, as both an attorney and a CPA, in Oklahoma and Texas. Ms. Jett was named a "Rising Star" by Law & Politics and Texas Monthly magazines (2007, 2008, and 2009). She is a member of the Texas Association of Bank Counsel, Dallas Bar Association, Dallas Society of Certified Public Accountants, Oklahoma Bar Association, Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants, and Phi Delta Phi (Legal Honorary Fraternity). Ms. Jett has created and presented a short course entitled "Corporate Entities and Formation - Documentation Necessary for New Accounts and Loans" for several financial institutions.
