Practice Areas
Stacy graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English rhetoric from Texas A&M University in 1998, and with a Juris Doctorate degree (cum laude) from Texas Tech University School of Law in 2001. She has extensive experience in various types of litigation, including collection actions, deficiency suits, and other types of commercial litigation, which gives her an added perspective when it comes to identifying potential areas of concern and helping her clients make informed decisions based on their unique goals and tolerances. Today, Stacy counsels her clients through many aspects of commercial lending transactions, working with her banking clients to structure, document, negotiate, and close such transactions.

Represented lead bank in syndicated credit facility to residential mortgage originator and servicer secured by mortgage servicing rights and ancillary collateral.
Represented regional bank in documenting, negotiating and closing a $92 million loan for the acquisition and renovation of a franchised hotel in Texas.
Represents banks in all phases of documentation and negotiation of commercial credit facilities, including revolving lines of credit, real estate acquisition and refinance loans, construction loans, and development loans.
Prepares and negotiates loan documents and performs due diligence review of title and survey matters, as well as UCC searches, entity organizational documents, tenant leases, and related construction or operational contracts.
