Paul M. Lopez focuses his practice on commercial litigation, financial restructuring, and insolvency matters. He routinely represents commercial creditors including financial institutions, lenders, and landlords in complex bankruptcy cases throughout the country.

Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Lopez served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable D. Michael Lynn in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas, Fort Worth Division. Mr. Lopez received his J.D. from Texas A&M University School of Law (formerly Texas Wesleyan University School of Law) and his B.A. in Political Science from Texas State University. During his time in law school, Mr. Lopez served as a judicial extern for the Honorable David. M. Medina in the Texas Supreme Court.
