Robert M. Allen concentrates his practice primarily in the representation of commercial developers and real estate investors in development, financing, sales and acquisitions of commercial real property, the representation of mortgage lenders, and the representation of landlords and tenants in commercial leases

While at Southern Methodist University School of Law, Mr. Allen was a member of Delta Theta Phi and was the Notes and Comments Editor of the Journal of Air Law and Commerce in 1976 and 1977.
